영구 수료를 원하는 학생

(학위논문을 쓰지 않고 영구수료를 원하는 학생)

Research Proposal

(박사논문연구계획서)

2019학년도 2학기 졸업을 계획하고 있는 학생

논문제출 최소 1년 전에 ‘연구계획서를 제출해야 함

석박통합과정 혹은 박사과정 학생만 제출

Portal Log in → 졸업 → 대학원 논문관리 → 정보 입력 →양식 출력 →지도교수심사위원 사인→ 학과 행정실 제출

포탈 입력 기간 : 10.1() ~ 11.16() 18:00

위촉서 학과 제출 기한 : ~ 11.19()

☞ 심사위원 구성

석사과정 : 3 (외부심사위원 1명 위촉 가능)

박사과정 : 5 (외부심사위원 2명까지 위촉 가능)

☞ 논문 디펜스 15일 전에 심사위원들께 심사용 논문을 제출해야함.

(주심에게는 논문과 함께 표절검사결과를 함께 제출해야함)

[Graduate] Submission of Documents Relevant to Graduation

(2018-2nd semester)

Those who need to prepare the required documents related to graduation should submit the requested forms as detailed below:

1. Required Documents

Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee

Students planning to submit their thesis/dissertation in 2018-2nd semester.

Request for Course Completion

*Students who meet the requirements for the course completion and want to leave the school permanently without a degree in February 2019.

Research Proposal

Students in doctoral or master’s-doctoral programs are planning to submit their dissertation in 2019-2nd semester.

*The proposal should be submitted at least one year before the dissertation submission.

 

2. Important Dates for Thesis/Dissertation Submission

Input of ‘Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee’

☞ Students themselves should input committee information on the portal system
(Input Period: Oct.1(Mon) ~ Nov.16(Fri)

☞ How to:
Portal Log in → Graduation → Thesis/Dissertation Info → Input information → Print out the form → Get the advisor’s and examiner’s signature → Submit it to the each department office by Nov. 19(Mon), 2018

☞Committee setup :

3 persons for Master’s degree

5 persons for Doctoral degree

☞ Student should submit the thesis/dissertation to the committee members 15 days before the defense. (The result of plagiarism checking should be submitted together with the thesis/dissertation)

But unobserved examples of guideline have been occurred frequently.

(Examples: typos such as ‘year of graduation’, ‘name of Department’ and ‘soft cover binding’)
