1. 대학원 졸업 일정 및 제출 서류

Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee (논문심사위원 위촉서) 2019학년도1학기 졸업을 계획하고 있는 학생
Request for Course Completion(수료신청서) * 영구 수료를 원하는 학생
(학위논문을 쓰지 않고 영구수료를 원하는 학생)

  • 논문 심사위원 위촉 입력
    Portal Log in → 졸업→ 대학원 논문관리→ 정보 입력→양식 출력→지도교수, 심사위원 사인→ 학과 행정실 제출
    * 포탈 입력 기간: 4.29.(월) ~ 5.17.(금)
    * 위촉서 학과 제출 기한: ~ 5.20.(월)
  • 심사위원 구성
    석사과정: 3명(외부심사위원1명 위촉 가능)
    박사과정: 5명(외부심사위원2명까지 위촉 가능)
  • 박사학위 논문 심사위원5명 중1명 이상은 유사한 분야의 박사학위를 소지한 타학과 교원 또는 외부 인사를 위촉하여야 하며 울산과기원 교수가3명 이상이어야 함
  • 논문 디펜스 15일 전에 심사위원들께 심사용 논문을 제출해야함(주심에게는 논문과 함께 표절검사결과를 함께 제출해야함)

~6월 14일(금) 논문 디펜스 완료
~7월5일(금) ‘Master’s Thesis/Doctoral Dissertation Approval’ (논문 승인서)

[Graduate] Submission of Documents Relevant to Graduation
(2019-1st)

Those who need to prepare the required documents related to graduation should submit the requested forms as detailed below:

1. Required Documents

Document For whom
Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee Students planning to submit their thesis/dissertation in 2019-1st semester.
Request for Course Completion *Students who meet the requirements for the course completion and want to leave the school permanently without a degree in August 2019.

2. Important Dates for Thesis/Dissertation Submission

Input of ‘Nomination of Thesis/Dissertation Examining Committee’

  • Students themselves should input committee information on the portal system
    (Input Period: Apr.29.(Mon.) ~ May.17.(Fri.)
  • How to:
    Portal Log in → Graduation → Thesis/Dissertation Info → Input information → Print out the form → Get the advisor’s and examiner’s signature → Submit it to the each department officeby May. 20.(Mon.), 2019
  • Committee setup :
    3 persons for Master’s degree
    5 persons for Doctoral degree
  • Outsiders with a doctorate in a similar field or Faculty members from other departments shall be appointed as one or more of the dissertation examiners, and there shall be three or more professors of UNIST.
  • Student should submit the thesis/dissertation to the committee members 15 days before the defense. (The result of plagiarism checking should be submitted together with the thesis/dissertation)
